Enrichment Programs

Staff Enrichment Programs:

Workshops with professionals to enrich the facilitators takes place throughout the year.  Regular stay backs are planned weekly for empowerment of facilitators who discuss their problems and find solutions in the interest of Maxfortians. Time is well spent in learning the latest in education and in planning for execution of daily/weekly/monthly tasks at the school.

Parents Enrichment Programs:

At the time of Admission, parents spend around 45 minutes with the head of the school so that they can be introduced to the school’s philosophy and its vision. Before the start of the new Academic Session, all parents attend a half day workshop as an orientation program highlighting the advantages of a Progressive School Education. Six times in the year Parent Teacher Meetings are held to inform them about their children’s skills and their learning levels. Enrichment towards other happenings in the school is provided through regular distribution of circulars throughout the year.
