Maxfort School are led by a team of professional educators. This team seeks advice on a regular basis from it’s advisory board. The advisory board members of Maxfort are esteemed educationists with a wide range of expertise. We are grateful to have them as our advisors.
Mr. S. Regunathan, IAS (Retd.)
Advisor National Knowledge Commission. Formerly Secretary to Government of India and Chief Secretary,Delhi Government. He was also Secretary Education, Government of Delhi and launched ‘Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan’ in Delhi.
Mr. Sunil Batra
Sunil Batra, M.Ed has been working on school innovation and institutional development,curriculum development, teacher training and development, child and family counseling,and present education in India and abroad for the last 18 years. He has been the Director of Christopher House, Chicago, Principal of Ryan International School, Delhi, Founder Director of Deepayan Vidya Niketan, Delhi Management Committee member of Ahlcon International school. He is also the founder Director of Shikshantar, an innovative school located in Gurgaon. Mr. Batra has helped design and taught a course on school planning and management for the B.El.Ed. He is presently also teaching a course on School Leadership and Management for a distance mode M.A in Elementary Education, for the Tata Institute of social sciences,Mumbai. He has been a resource person for several NGO’s, the University of Delhi, NCERT,Aga khan Foundation and the World Bank. He also participates at national and international level seminars / conferences.
Mr. C.N.S Nair, IAS (Retd.)
Mr. C.N.S Nair belongs to the elite Cadre of civil services and belongs to Assam Cadre. During his tenure he served in various prestigious appointments to include Joint Secretary, ministry of home and Additional Secretary with Ministry of Defence, Government of India. He was also a faculty member at National Defence College from 1991-1993. He also served for one year in Oxford University as a
visiting faculty and is presently advisor to knowledge commission of Government of India.
Mr. Zafar Iqbal
Renowned hockey player, Arjuna Aawardee and Captain in Indian Olympic Hockey Team for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.Represented the country in 1980 Olympic Games, Moscow in which India won the Olympic Gold.
Ms. Jayshree Oza
Ms. Jayshree has worked in the field of education for more than twenty five years in various administrative, leadership and consulting positions. She has worked with chains of schools, government agencies and university departments at the national as well as international levels at USA and for the international schools in the Southeast Asian region.
She founded and directed a professional development centre in education sector named Centre for Education Management and Development (CEMD). In innovative education her publications in Environment, Peace and Gender education in the classrooms is note worthy. She has been on numerous committees and Missions for the national government and the funding agencies and has served on the Board of many NGO’s and schools.
Mr. Narendra Prasad, IAS (Retd.)
Mr. Narendra Prasad belongs to 1968 IAS UT Cadre and has served in prestigious appointments to include collector of Goa,Chief Secretary Port Blair, Principal Secretary Education, Govt. of NCT Delhi. He retired from active service in 2005.
Dr. Sanyukta Ludhra
As a resource person, she has worked for 35 years with NCERT. She has written more than 80 books in Hindi for NCERT (Most reputed being BAL BHARTI series) Rajasthan, Haryana and other states. An expert teacher and trainer, she has worked as a curriculum expert with all the Hindi speaking states in India and non-Hindi states too.
Mr. Ashish Ghosh
Ashish Ghosh, Ph.D is the Founder President of ANANT, an organization that specializes in children and youth theatre. He is also the Joint Director of Developing Countries Research Centre, University of Delhi University Colleges. Dr. Ghosh has travelled widely in India and abroad for his performances and his work with children and teachers. He brings a rare combination of skills to help
make overt connections between theatre, pedagogy and children’s aspirations.
Mr. William J. Floyd
Mr. William J.Floyd, Principal Appopka High School, Florida, has been a school administrator with two decades of experience.He has helped establish a school that believes in developing whole child as opposed to merely the academic mind.
